FCAW - the possibility of welding with core wire without the use of a gas cylinder. The wire itself (FLUX) is filled with a substance that produces gases during welding.

Inductance adjustment - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in lutowelding.

HOT START (hot start) - a function that makes it much easier to start welding. At the moment of arcing, the welding current is briefly increased. This leads to the heating of the material and electrode at the point of contact, as well as to the proper shape of the melt and the weld face (in the initial phase of the welding process).

ARC FORCE - function, which provides the best settings for obtaining a stable arc and a small amount of chipping. In other words, thanks to ARC FORCE, the electric arc necessary for welding glows uniformly, without short circuits hindering or preventing the connection of materials. During welding, large amounts of chipping are often formed, i.e. drops of melted metals that need to be removed. When ARC FORCE is enabled, the number of chippings decreases significantly, and this allows for more comfortable work

LUTOSPELING - this method is quite similar to MIG/MAG welding, but the energy supplied in this case is much less. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material we work with. The second part of the name, MIG/MAG, comes from the use of the method of melting wire in an electric arc surrounded by protective gas, as well as from the preparation of the edge of the material in the same way as for traditional welding. However, the soldering method is used not only for bonding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.

The MAGNUM MIG/MAG-MMA 200W IGBT is a professional semi-automatic welding machine designed for manual, electric welding of low carbon steel, low alloy (MAG), alloy steel (MIG) and aluminium and alloy. The device can also be welded using the MMA method using melting wrapped electrodes . It is designed for all kinds of welding work in locksmith workshops, repair workshops, industrial and factories.

The power source was built on IGBT transistors providing minimum electromagnetic interference, enabling increase efficiency and reliability of the power source, lower energy consumption and rapid adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.

It has the ability to weld with self-shielding wire - FCAW (change the polarity in the welding machine: minus (-) on the welding torch, plus (+) on the mass! ).

The MAGNUM automatic welding visor provides complete protection against UV/IR (ultraviolet/infrared) radiation, even when the filter is brightened.
