The Magnum MIG 200/2 KN welding machine is a proven, compact semi-automatic welding machine for D200/D100 spools weighing up to 5kg. It is made in inverter technology and has many advantages that we will mention later in the description.

MIG 200/2 KN - THE MOST POPULAR MIG IN THIS CLASS OF DEVICES

MIG 200/2 KN is based on IGBT transistors - it offers a stronger, more concentrated and more stable arc with less power consumption. It provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference, small power losses in basic systems to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source. Thanks to its special design, the MIG 200/2 KN is in many respects a much more advantageous solution than devices based on MOSFET technology.

MAGNUM MIG 200/2 KN ALLOWS WELDING USING THE FOLLOWING METHODS:

• MIG/MAG - welding with a hot melt electrode (in the form of wire wound on a spool) in a gas shield. It is a popular welding process that is characterized by high efficiency and good quality of the welded joint. Semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding is one of the most popular methods both in workshop conditions as well as in high-performance production. This method is also relatively easy to learn by novice users.
• FCAW (FLUX) - a popular variant of the MAG method - semi-automatic welding with a hot melt electrode (welding wire on a spool). The main difference is that it is welded with a special self-shielding wire, which does not require the use of shielding gas. Simplifying, we can say that this method combines two processes: MAG welding and MMA electrode welding.
• MMA - the oldest variety of arc welding - the so-called. welding with a wrapped electrode. This is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded.
