HIGH POWER WITH SMALL DIMENSIONS

IDEAL TECNO TIG 215 AC/DC is an inverter welding machine, manufactured from new generation IGBT transistors, thanks to which it impresses with its small dimensions and weight of only approx. 9kg. Small dimensions and weight guarantee high mobility and the ability to work even in hard-to-reach places. Despite its size, the welding machine impresses with high power and maximum current of up to 200A!

EASY OPERATION AND FULL FUNCTIONALITY

The device has a clear and transparent "soft panel", and parameter adjustments are made using the multifunctional knob and several buttons, making setting the welding machine very easy and intuitive. The device gives the possibility of welding with pulse current. Thanks to this function and full adjustment of pulse parameters, it is possible to focus the arc and change the shape of the weld, as well as the possibility of welding thin elements. Arching is done without contact using the built-in HF ionizer or in the LIFT touch mode.

2T/4T - welding modes. 2T allows welding as long as the button in the handle is pressed. 4T used for long welds, starts welding when pressing and releasing the button, and the end occurs after pressing the button in the handle again.

HF IONIZER - contactless arch glow using high frequencies. Thanks to this technological solution, it is possible to eliminate weld contamination with tungsten.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

PULS - Pulse welding not only allows for better weld quality, but also allows for welding in various positions and welding of very thin elements. Reducing the linear energy of the arc, and thus reducing overheating or burnout of welded materials.

ARC FORCE - function, which provides the best settings for obtaining a stable arc and a small amount of chipping. In other words, thanks to ARC FORCE, the electric arc necessary for welding glows uniformly, without short circuits hindering or preventing the connection of materials. During welding, large amounts of chipping are often formed, i.e. drops of melted metals that need to be removed. When ARC FORCE is enabled, the number of chippings decreases significantly, and this allows for more comfortable work.

ANTI-STICK - allows the welder to easily separate (subtract) the electrode from the product, without the risk of visual paralysis. In the case of a short circuit (if it occurs), after a short break, the welding current is reduced automatically. After separating the electrode from the element, the source automatically restores its operation.

OVERLOAD SWITCH - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.

DURABLE TIG WELDING TORCH - 4m

The welding machine is equipped with a professional welding torch TIG type SR 26, with a length of 4m. We add consumable parts to each handle to start, so that the handle is armed and ready to work. In addition, all spare parts of the handle are easily accessible and can be purchased at attractive prices.
