Inverter semi-automatic welding machine PRAKTIK MIG 211 MMA IDEAL

Inverter professional semi-automatic welding machine for welding with MIG-MAG method, welding with FLUX welding wire without shielding gas and welding with MMA method with direct current (DC) electrode.

It is perfect for welding thin steel and stainless steel materials, and is also designed for welding aluminum and its alloys.

The power source was built on IGBT transistors providing a minimum of electromagnetic interference, enabling increased efficiency and reliability of the power source, lower energy consumption, and rapid adjustment of the current to changes in parameters during welding.

The machine in the set has wheels and chassis for cylinders - you can decide whether you want a portable version or with a chassis

THE MOST IMPORTANT ADVANTAGES OF THE DEVICE

  • Single-phase power supply
  • Lightweight and very compact, can be easily transported both inside and outside buildings
  • Drive chassis - the device is equipped with a drive chassis, thanks to which it is very easy to move the welding machine. It also has a cylinder shelf
  • Eurozconnector - allowing the interchangeable use of various types of handles.
  • Safely overload - built-in protection against overheating of the device, prolonging its service life.
  • Polarity change for FLUX welding without shielding gas
  • Maximum spool with wire: 5 kg
  • Smooth adjustment of welding current
  • With MIG-MAG welding, the possibility of adjusting: welding current, wire feed speed
  • Wire feeder: internal, 2-roll, with 0,6-0,8mm roll for steel wire
  • Fan-cooled

CONNECTION TO WORK AND OPERATION

  1. Control panel cover
  2. Indicator light to indicate overheating of the device
  3. Welding Current Display
  4. EURO welding torch socket
  5. Connector for changing polarity (gas shield welding (+) / FLUX (-)
  6. Socket DX25
  7. Ventilation holes
  8. Wire feed rate adjustment
  9. Regulation of welding current values
  10. Regulation of inductance
  11. Device operating mode switch (MIG/MMA)

CHARACTERISTICS OF THE DIFFERENT WELDING METHODS OFFERED BY THE DEVICE

Migomat welding (MIG/MAG – Metal Inert/Active Gas)

Migomat welding is the process by which an electric arc melts an electrode in the form of a welding wire, fed automatically from a welding torch. This process takes place in the shield of protective gases:

  • MIG (Metal Inert Gas) – uses inert gases (e.g. argon, helium), mainly used for welding aluminum and stainless steel.
  • MAG (Metal Active Gas) – uses active gases (e.g. CO₂ or Ar+CO₂ compounds), commonly used for carbon and low alloy steel.

The main advantages of the MIG/MAG method:

  • Speed and efficiency – the wire is fed automatically, which speeds up the work.
  • Ease of use – easier to master than e.g. MMA or TIG.
  • Clean weld – minimum amount of slag and chipping.
  • The possibility of welding thin sheets – ideal for joining elements of small thickness.
  • Versatility – various metals and alloys can be welded.

Welding with wrapped electrode (MMA – Manual Metal Arc)

MMA welding is one of the oldest and most versatile methods of joining metals. It involves manually guiding a wrapped electrode that melts under the influence of an electric arc, forming a weld. The electrode wrapper performs a protective function, creating a shielding gas and slag that protects the liquid metal from oxidation.

The main advantages of the MMA method:

  • Universality – it can be used to weld various materials (carbon steel, stainless steel, cast iron) in almost any conditions.
  • No need for shielding gas – works great outdoors, e.g. in wind and rain.
  • Simple and relatively cheap apparatus – all you need is an MMA welding machine and electrodes.
  • The ability to weld in different positions – even in hard-to-reach places.

Self-shielded wire welding (FLUX-CORE, FCAW-S)

FLUX (FCAW-S – Flux-Cored Arc Welding Self-Shielded) welding is a method similar to MIG/MAG, but instead of a gas shield it uses a special core wire filled with flux. During welding, flux produces protective gas and slag, protecting the weld from oxidation. Thanks to this, it does not require a gas cylinder, which makes it more mobile and resistant to weather conditions.

The main advantages of the FLUX method:

  • No need for protective gas – ideal for outdoor use, even in wind.
  • Better penetration than classic MIG/MAG – allows for deeper blending, which increases the strength of the weld.
  • The possibility of welding soiled or slightly corroded materials – the sheath helps to remove impurities.
  • Good welding performance and speed – especially with thicker materials.
  • Mobility and simplicity – no cylinder needed, making it easy to transport and use in the field.

- magnetic angles 2pcs - which will allow precise and durable positioning of the material at an angle of 45, 90 or 135 degrees. It is an indispensable helper during welding or soldering, and at the same time it is cheap and reliable. The product is built of strong, high durability magnets additionally covered with a very resistant plastic shell, in a solid steel housing. It is an invaluable help in welding, assembly of metal elements, soldering, routing

- spray anti-spatter ANTI-SPAW - spray in the form of an aerosol is an odorless agent used to protect the nozzle of the burner, tools and the surface of the welded material from melting metal chips during welding with electrical techniques. CONTENTS: 400ml
