EXPERT MIG 210 SYNERGIC Pro4 LCD is an inverter, synergic and multifunctional welding source, designed for arc welding using the MIG/MAG, FLUX, TIG LIFT method and the MMA method (wrapped electrode). The device has been designed for a wide range of applications: from maintenance work, through welding of steel structures, to repairs of car bodies.
EXPERT MIG 210 is used for soldering galvanized sheets, welding stainless steel, carbon and low alloy steels and aluminum. Welding is carried out in an inert gas, active gas or mixture shield, and with reverse polarity without gas.
Quick synergistic adjustment of welding parameters through a 4-inch LCD display makes the device very easy to use. Just set the thickness and type of welded material and start welding: intelligent and automatic welding arc control system, step by step, will choose the best parameters, for each welding position and for each material. The user can also manually set the length of the welding arc and adjust the appearance of the weld to suit their needs. With the MIG/MAG method, we can choose the button mode in the handle, between working in SPOT mode (point welding), 2-bar (without lock), 4-bar (button lock for long welds), S2-bar and S4-bar.

- IGBT - welding machine is made in modern inverter technology using IGBT transistors. Thanks to this, it has stable welding parameters, enjoys high efficiency and, above all, ensures good welding quality.
- MMA - this is probably the best known and widespread welding method. The type and diameter of the wrapped electrode is selected depending on the type of material being welded. The MMA method does not require shielding gases. Welding is carried out using an electrode in a special sheath, which under the influence of the heat of the welding arc melts to form a weld. Melting sheath provides protection for the welding lake.
- FCAW (FLUX) - a popular variant of the MAG method - semi-automatic welding with a hot melt electrode (welding wire on a spool). The main difference is that it is welded with a special self-shielding wire, which does not require the use of shielding gas. Simplifying, we can say that this method combines two processes: MAG welding and MMA electrode welding.
- MIG/MAG is a popular process both in hobby applications and in industry. It consists in welding with a hot melt electrode (in the form of wire wound on a spool) in a gas shield. The advantages of semi-automatic MIG/MAG welding include: ease of mastering the method at the basic level, high welding efficiency, high quality of the resulting weld.
- TIG DC - welding with a non-melting electrode in an inert gas shield, e.g. alloy and non-alloy steels.
- SYNERGY MIG/MAG/FLUX - a program that automatically selects the wire feed to the set welding current. Attention! The ability to choose the diameter of the welding wire and the type of gas - greater precision in the operation of Synergy.
- 4T - pressing and releasing the handle button initiates gas outflow and welding current, re-pressing and releasing the button turns off the welding current and gas outflow,
- 2T - pressing the button initiates gas outflow and welding current, releasing the button turns off welding current and gas outflow
- S4T (button lock for long welds, with adjustment of initial and final current)
