The liver is the most important metabolic organ of the body, performing many functions. It takes part in processes such as nutrient metabolism, removal of toxic substances from the body and serves as a storehouse of vitamins and minerals. The liver itself has a strong ability to regenerate, but proper nutrition plays an irreplaceable role in this process.

The special composition of Eminent Veterinary Diet Dog Hepatic supports liver regeneration and helps prevent its further damage. One of the functional components of this food is milk thistle, which contains a silymarin complex. Silymarin has a strong antioxidant effect and supports effective fight against free radicals. It also helps stabilize and regulate the permeability of cell membranes, which protects liver cells from the ingress of toxic substances. The results showed that after 4 months of using this diet in combination with appropriate drugs, there was a significant improvement in the health of all dogs. The values of monitored markers – ALT, AST, ALP and GMT – in the blood decreased.

Contraindications: do not use in pregnant and lactating bitches and puppies. Do not use in dogs with cholestasis

Recommended period of use: in the initial feeding period up to 3 months. It is recommended to divide the daily dose into 2-3 portions during the day.
