About the brand

Hau in the Jar is a brand that was born out of love for dogs, scientific passion and the need to create food whose quality leaves no doubt. It is an artisanal wet food manufactory, operating in the spirit of slow with closeness, tenderness and attention to every detail, away from industrial tapes.

Products are made by hand - on a small scale, from local ingredients. The recipes are scientifically balanced and composed to really support the health of dogs, without unnecessary fillers, pods or cereals.

Everything is packed in glass jars - ecologically, transparently and respecting the environment.

Hau in the Jar is a warm, family-friendly and authentic brand. Transparently shows the production process, creates a space where conscious choices go hand in hand with caring for animals. Every ingredient, every label and every decision matters, and quality is not a promise, but a standard.

Food "Rabbit with root vegetables"

The food was created with care for each ingredient to ensure that dogs get the highest quality meal.

The main source of protein is selected, lean skeletal meat from rabbit, food grade (human grade), prepared manually and cut into pieces of 1 to 2 cm. The recipe is enriched with spinach and root vegetables, also hand-prepared to preserve their natural taste and nutritional value.

The food has been additionally supplemented with essential minerals and vitamins, thanks to which each meal is a full-fledged, complete source of all ingredients needed by your dog for healthy, everyday functioning. Only vegetables grown in Poland are used.

In order to maintain the highest standards of ecology and care for the environment, the food is packed in glass jars, which can be reused or recycled. The finished mixture is cooked and autoclaved, so it remains fresh and safe up to 6 months after production.

No flavor enhancers, preservatives, colours, fillers or other artificial additives were used in the production process of food. The recipe is completely natural, and its quality results only from the ingredients used.

In addition, food does not contain gelling substances, such as gelatin or agar – its consistency is the result of natural processing and properties of the products used.

Monoprotein feed

100% of the meat used in the feed is tender skeletal rabbit meat. Thanks to its digestibility and high quality, it can be used as a basis of diet in dogs with food intolerances, allergies, as well as in those with sensitive stomach.

The food is gentle on the digestive system, while also providing a nutritious protein, making it a safe and nutritious choice for even the most demanding dog stomachs.

The other non-meat ingredients used in the food have been selected to provide the dog with the desired nutritional benefits, supporting his health, immunity and proper functioning of the body.

Carrot: natural, valued ingredient that enriches the food with many essential vitamins and minerals. It is an excellent source of vitamin A, essential for healthy vision, skin and coat, as well as vitamins C, K and B, which support immunity, proper functioning of the nervous system and the overall condition of the dog.

The minerals contained in carrots, such as potassium, magnesium and calcium, support the work of muscles, heart and maintain strong bones. Additionally, carrots provide fiber that supports digestion, regulates bowel function, and helps maintain a healthy digestive microflora.

Thanks to its natural sweetness, digestibility and low calorific value, carrots are a healthy, tasty and valuable addition to a full-fledged diet that increases its nutritional value and supports the well-being of every dog.

Pietruszka Root: is a valuable, natural ingredient in food that enriches the dog's diet with a number of essential vitamins and minerals. It is rich in vitamins A, C and K and B vitamins, which support immunity, healthy skin and coat, proper functioning of the nervous system and the overall condition of the dog.

Parsley root also provides important minerals such as potassium, magnesium, calcium and iron, which support muscle function, cardiovascular system and maintenance of strong bones and teeth. The dietary fiber contained in it supports digestion, regulates the work of the intestines and contributes to the proper functioning of the digestive system.

Thanks to its delicate taste, digestibility and low calorific value, parsley root is a healthy and valuable addition that naturally increases the nutritional value of food, supports the well-being of the dog and diversifies his daily diet.

Feeding method: Introduce food gradually, observing the dog's reaction and adjusting the amount of food to his individual needs. Serve it at room temperature, and always provide fresh water to drink next to it. You can also use the broth from the jar to pour dry food.

Energy demand: For puppies, the energy requirement varies depending on the breed of dog (its target size) and the age of the puppy. The recommended dosage of feed can be read from the table below.
