Julius-K9 Mantrailing Air Mesh Harness is a dog harness designed with tracking dogs in mind . Developed with the participation of mantrailing professionals. The model is especially recommended for novice seekers. The construction of the harness allows for a precise fit to the dog's body structure (adjustable in up to 5 points). They consist of three independent parts, made of double, breathable Air Mesh and connected with each other by belts. This design ensures that the harness dynamically adapts to the animal, providing it with full freedom of movement. Double Air Mesh, with a sponge-like structure, provides excellent ventilation of the body, gives the braces softness and lightness. Neon color and reflective accents guarantee good visibility. How to fit JuliusK-9 Mantrailing braces:

In order for the harness to perform its functions and be comfortable for the dog, it is necessary to choose the right size and precisely match it to the dog's structure. Adjust the straps leading to the cervical element so that the upper edge of the chest padding is at the height of the tibia, and the padding adheres flat to the chest. On the section between the neck and the back piece, make sure that the hoop is not behind the line of the dog's two hind legs. Move the back piece so far back so that the back straps of the chest cushion do not obscure the front legs. The straps should be tight enough to fit under the back piece, but don't let them get too loose as this can cause the harness to slide sideways while working. In a standing position, the harness may seem too loose - the adjustable sternum element, the cervical element and the back element may slide down a bit - but this will subside as soon as the dog starts moving and pulls forward. All straps and pieces will then be in place.

Tip:

The JK9 Mantrailing harness is not suitable for free wearing, hiking or running with a dog. They have been developed specifically for search work, where the dog always moves on a tight leash in front of its owner.
