The Grinder's Operating Steps

1. Install the grinder according to the manual.

2. Install the grinder bit on the grinding machine. Securing the bit to the shaft by turning the set screw clockwise with the hex wrench.

3. Fill the water reservoir within 7.04oz.

4. Open the switch and start your grinding work.

Grinder Installation

1. Before installing the grinding wheel, it is necessary to apply a layer of lubricant(not included) on the engine shaft grinding wheel.

2. The grinding wheel is mounted on the engine shaft with the set screw positioned higher than the engine shaft. The grinding wheel must be positioned on the shaft at least 1/8 inch above the operator's console.

3. Secure the grinding wheel to the shaft with a hex wrench.
