The intelligent SLC caching algorithm allows NAND flash memory to operate in SLC mode, which speeds up read/write speeds. In addition, with the help of a DRAM buffer, read/write performance can be up to twice as high as solid-state drives without a DRAM buffer, or in other words, drives that cannot use system memory as an SSD buffer in situations of use for high-intensity tasks.

Ultimate SU800 also introduces low-density parity bit control, leading to a powerful reduction in data write errors and an equally large increase in data consistency.
