Improve safety by using the highly efficient Savage A40 Air visor and the PARP EPR-X1.1 respiratory system from ESAB to minimize the most common and serious hazards that may accompany welding. Simple control panel with buttons, allows you to easily select the exact darkening, sensitivity and delay settings needed for the most demanding welding processes. The external grinding mode button immobilizes the ADF filter in the passive darkening degree setting 4 DIN, which allows you to perform quick work after welding / finishing without having to remove the visor.

The combination of the visor with the PAPR EPR-X1.1 respiratory system from ESAB provides protection against solid particles at the TH3 (HEPA) level and the possibility of adding an A1B1E1 gas filter. The air supply system delivers air from the top of the visor, ensuring a comfortable airflow during long hours of welding.

The EPR-X1.1 air supply device is compatible with all models of Air welding visors from ESAB and provides advanced respiratory protection against harmful welding dust particles.

The PARP system is designed for a variety of applications, from occasional use to industrial applications requiring continuous operation. The EPR-X1.1 has a solid, compact housing with an efficient blower that ensures maximum durability and efficiency. Quickly check battery status, fan settings, and filter status with fast-access status LEDs. In addition, this PARP unit is equipped with audible and vibration alarms, notifying the user of poor airflow (meaning the need to replace the filter) and low battery charge.

The turbo unit in the EPR-X1.1 is controlled by easily accessible buttons, allowing three speed ranges of air flow 170/190/210 l/min. Two-stage HEPA filter with EN12941 TH-3P certificate and spark guard are easily accessible when the front cover is opened.
