Greenhouse PTF Poland from the Premium PLUS series is entirely made of durable and very strong steel profiles. The innovative way of connecting them together makes the whole structure very stable and resistant to various weather conditions, including strong wind.

A very good visual effect of the greenhouse was achieved thanks to painted profiles, aesthetic screws, an innovative way of joining structures and polycarbonate of the highest quality, which completely bonds the skeleton creating a beautiful body of greenhouse. Durable and robust frame made of 20x20x1mm profiles made of powder coated aluminum, plus polycarbonate board 4mm 700g/m2. All this is finished with a profile closing polycarbonate chambers type U, which significantly increases the aesthetics of the product.

The window performs a very important function in any polycarbonate greenhouse not only provides additional ventilation but also allows pollinators to get into the greenhouse more freely.

The set includes a window with a frame as well as a set of screws and bolts and an automatic opener model Thermovent, which will start opening the window as the temperature in the greenhouse increases. In addition, the set includes adapters that allow you to perfectly flush the window with the frame.

Installation of the window is simple and pleasant, all screw holes are laser cut and the included installation instructions are very clear.

Due to the fact that the window is entirely made in Poland, the quality of all elements is strictly controlled, which translates into the life of the product.

POLYCARBONATE

polish production cellular polycarbonate with UV stabilization with a grammage of up to 700g/m² (grammage is nothing else than the amount of material used to make 1m² of polycarbonate sheet) in PTF Poland greenhouses this amount of material used (700g/m²) definitely stands out from other greenhouses available on the market. It is thanks to the high weight that the polycarbonate board is rigid, its chambers are not bent - we do not have the feeling that we hold a thin cardboard in our hands only a really solid board. The large weight is also a thick wall, and it gives us guarantee of resistance to adverse weather conditions such as hail and heavy rain.

UV coating - each board is guaranteed to be covered with a UV layer from the outside, thanks to which polycarbonate will maintain its maximum resistance for many years, in addition, it will not turn yellow.

Attachment to the structure - thanks to the fact that polycarbonate is screwed to the structure, we have a guarantee that it will not break off even with stronger gusts of wind (which often happens with other types of fastenings, e.g. for clips, latches, slats, etc.). In this model, there is one polycarbonate plate for two spans, thanks to which we have a guarantee that even a stronger gust of wind will not "push" the plate inside the greenhouse.

Additionally, polycarbonate in the greenhouse is always cut and properly bent to the selected construction - this significantly reduces the time of installation of the greenhouse and eliminates possible errors when cutting boards by the user, which unfortunately may be associated with the lack of final satisfaction with the product and additional costs in the event of a possible need to buy new plates. Serial production, in turn, provides a high level of aesthetics.

PROFILES

Profiles steel closed 31x31x1mm and 28x28x1mm - to thanks to closed profiles and the use of appropriate wall thickness, the greenhouse gains its resistance to adverse weather conditions such as snow or wind.

Powder painting in anthracite, in turn, definitely adds aesthetics to the entire body of the greenhouse. The color used according to the RAL palette is Green RAL6005, most importantly the paint that was used to paint the profiles is free of heavy metals while maintaining the quality standards of QUALICOAT certification. It is extremely important that in the greenhouse, which is primarily intended to be used for ecological vegetable cultivation, materials and their painting do not adversely affect the environment or our bodies.

In addition, each profile has selected holes for construction screws and screws for screwing polycarbonate, thanks to which the final installation of the greenhouse is much faster. The lasered holes at equal serial intervals add to the overall aesthetic. All profiles are described in detail, thanks to which the installation becomes trouble-free and intuitive. Both the production and painting of profiles takes place on Polish territory.

The greenhouse frame is dense modular construction - span every 62 cm makes the whole extremely resistant to even stronger gusts of wind.

The entire assembly of the structure is carried out without the use of fittings, the profiles in the places of connection are inserted into each other and screwed to each other. Thanks to this solution, at the most sensitive connection points, we obtain double wall thickness for profiles, which definitely translates into the wind resistance of the greenhouse and its snow resistance. This solution is only used in our constructions.

In addition, there are no welded elements in the greenhouse in which the galvanized layer could be damaged by welding. Ultimately, this affects the durability of use.

The screws used to connect the structure are made of high quality stainless steel.

REINFORCEMENT AND LINKING TO THE FOUNDATION

Reinforcements which are mounted at the top of the roof, in the lower corners and on the fronts of the greenhouse are made of galvanized sheet 2mm additionally painted in the color of the structure. Their use has a positive effect on resistance even to very intense weather conditions. In addition, the color of reinforcements matched to the color of the structure will make them unobtrusive and provide an aesthetic and neat appearance of the entire body.

Applied galvanized and powder coated steel washers will allow for easy and quick attachment of the greenhouse to the foundation and will protect it from kidnapping during strong and gusty winds. Thanks to the fact that the installation of concrete pegs passes through the profile secured with a washer, there is no need to maintain a larger excess of the foundation inside and outside the greenhouse. Finally, it has a very beneficial effect on the visual effect of the greenhouse and the foundation used.Of course, the holes in the profiles are already laser prepared so that they do not have to be reamed.

Properly fixed pulls additionally stabilize the greenhouse during strong gusts of wind.

FUNCTIONALITY

The shape of the greenhouse and the high side wall increase the comfort of use, the angle of the roof makes 15 cm from the side wall height is already 145 cm, which gives great comfort for growth not only to plants but also to users during work in the greenhouse.

Excellent ventilation in the greenhouse will be provided by doors in the front and back construction. In addition, the door can be divided in half, which can be a particularly important function for people with pets. Closing the lower part of the door and leaving only the upper side open will prevent animals from entering and causing possible losses in the greenhouse but will allow you to maintain proper ventilation.

Strong hinges made of plastic will withstand repeated opening and closing of the door, and the deadbolt closure will protect the greenhouse from spontaneous opening.

Hooks made of high-quality galvanized steel were used to protect the open door from re-closing.

In addition, what is important, the greenhouse can be opened both from the outside and inside, which can be especially helpful if there are children in the garden.

PACKAGING AND TRANSPORT

Each greenhouse is carefully packed and secured, so you don't have to worry about damage during transport.
