How to use a car smoke leak detector?

Note before leak test: turn off the vehicle ignition

● Assemble the smoke machine with a supply hose, electrical outlet and hook.

● Unscrew the oil filler cap and add the test oil. (Oil for children)

● Disconnect the pipes that need to be connected to the leak detector.

● Connect the car smoke generator power cord to the vehicle battery 12V (red clamp to the positive battery clamp black to negative, then the high power LED will be on)

● Enter the smoke supply hose into the pipeline to be tested with the adapter cone.

● Press the air control switch, wait a few seconds for the system to be under pressure, check the reading of the pressure gauge and flowmeter for leakage status. Turn on the smoke generator, adjust the amount of smoke to the right amount to quickly locate the leak position.

● The leak can be assessed depending on where the smoke appears.
