The smoker is made of a special - very durable grade of stainless steel AISI409L, which is intended mainly for production of combustion catalysts. This guarantees high resistance to temperature spikes and long-term use. Remember that stainless steel has a much higher elastic modulus than black steel, so that the smokehouse does not deform at high temperatures.
