The Bahco 8224 adjustable pliers from the ERGO™ series are a professional tool designed for assembly, plumbing and service work. They are designed in accordance with the ergonomic concept Bahco ERGO™, which means maximum comfort of use and reduction of hand fatigue with long-term use. The handles are made of two-component material - the inner layer of polypropylene gives them rigidity, and the outer thermoplastic surface provides a secure and comfortable grip.

The 8224 model has the ability to quickly adjust the jaw opening with the push of a button, which allows the tool to be efficiently adjusted to the workpieces. The maximum jaw spacing is 45 mm, thanks to which the pliers can handle both round elements (e.g. pipes) as well as flat. Made of high quality alloy steel, and the blackened finish protects them from corrosion. The jaws are hardened and their specially designed tooth shape ensures a secure grip without slipping .
