I have to offer a lightweight modern instrument for convergence from aluminum sheet.

The product is a novelty, I introduced this type of device as the first in Poland. The concept of this device came to us from overseas, in the United States it is commonly used in home workshops or motorsport, hence its name "Toe Plate", is easy and quick to use. Thanks to the aluminum construction, you can take it to drifting events or KJS rallies. My device allows you to adjust the convergence of the front or rear wheels from the floor level as well as in the air on the lift.

Measuring gaps are designed so that the flexible measuring cup (maximum 3 meters but not in the fat version) does not fall out of the gaps spontaneously, thus the gaps are so narrow at the measuring points that some measuring cups with too high rivet connecting the measuring cup plate with the elastic tape causes that this thicker measuring cup does not fit.

It is attached from two sides to the front wheels of the car and measured using two identical measures of 2 or up to 3 meters, the measuring cups are inserted into the measuring slots symmetrically on both sides and up to 1mm you can set the convergence e.g. for drifting, rallies, for access to convergence stations after replacing the ends of the rods, e.g. so as not to damage the tires. Measurement is best done without a raised car on the channel so that the bars can be adjusted. In the attached photos you can see exactly how it looks in practice. On the other hand, the measurement on the lift "in the air" can be made using specially prepared holes in the instrument, thanks to which the clamps can be attached to the rim arms

The device underwent a number of modifications in a fairly short time. The current version is light aluminum not covered with varnish (previously we made them from black steel covered with powder coating) we additionally changed the shape to a more compact one, the handle is built deeper and does not protrude, thanks to which it is better sent and stored in a workshop or service car.

Note, the product may have minor scratches, this is the result of the production process and storage on the laser with which we cooperate, we use oscillating treatment on this working uglier side.

The price includes a set of two sheets as in the photo. It does not include measuring cups, we do not want to increase the price of the product by measuring cups. Everyone uses a different type of measuring cup that is widely available.
