PRODUCT DESCRIPTION:

Manual stretch film is a packaging material made of LLDPE polyethylene, which combines high mechanical strength with great flexibility. The thickness of 23 µm places this roll in the standard foil segment – ​​strong enough for everyday warehouse work, and at the same time economical when palletizing larger batches of goods.

Thanks to the blown film production technology, the film is characterized by a uniform structure along the entire length of the roll. The colorless, transparent surface allows for reading barcodes and logistics labels without having to cut the packaging, which speeds up the receipt of goods in the warehouse. The inner layer of the foil has natural adhesive properties, allowing subsequent layers to adhere to each other without the use of additional binding agents.

The 0.65 kg tube provides a stable grip during manual wrapping and even guidance of the roll around the pallet or carton. The total gross weight of the product is 2.5 kg , which meets the standard requirements of a hand-held applicator. The film is suitable for wrapping EUR pallets, industrial pallets and non-standard sizes, and its 160% extensibility means that one roll is enough to tightly secure more loads than in the case of a film with a lower extensibility parameter.

How to use

Manual wrapping with stretch film is quick and does not require specialized tools – just hold the roll with both hands or put it on the manual handle. Before you start, make sure that the load is firmly laid on the pallet or ground.

1. Hold the end of the film to the load or pallet and make 2-3 spins at the base to anchor the starting layer.
2. Guide the roller in a spiral motion upwards, applying further belts with a tab 30-50% of the width of the previous belt.
3. Stretch the film while wrapping to achieve a load squeeze effect – 160% stretch allows you to fasten the goods firmly and evenly.
4. At the top of the load, make 2-3 additional horizontal turns to close the wrapper and secure the corners.
5. Peel off the film without tools and press the tip to the last layer – natural adhesion will ensure a lasting connection.

Store the rollers in a dry room, away from direct sunlight, to maintain full elasticity of the material.
