1. Filtering - filtration mode. In this position, water normally flows through the bed from top to bottom and purified is directed to the water system.

2. Back Wash - backwash. In this mode, water flows through the bed from the bottom up and is directed to the sewer through the third crucifix. It is in this cycle that impurities that have accumulated on the grains of the deposit are washed out. This flush should take ok. 15 minutes.

3. Rapid Rinse - fast co-current rinsing. In this cycle, water flows similarly to filtration mode from top to bottom but is directed not to the water system but to the sewerage system. This cycle is responsible for flushing out debris and laying the deposit. This flush should take ok. 5 minut.Przy standard water fertilization of 2-3 mg/l these cycles should be carried out twice. Then you get the best results. With a typical water consumption per person of 100 l per person per day, such rinsing should be done once every approx. 14 days.
