The set includes four nylon washers M2.5 × H1.5 or M2.5 × H3 and four screws M2.5 × 8, which guarantee stable attachment of the heat sink to the module. Installation involves applying thermopads to the processor and other key elements of the Raspberry Pi Compute Module 5, then placing the heat sink and attaching it to the module with screws. Thanks to this solution, the heat sink perfectly adheres to the surface of the CPU and other components, which ensures effective heat dissipation.
