The WELDMAN SMART MIG 235 LCD DUAL PULS inverter welder is an easy-to-use migomat that allows smooth regulation of welding current. The device allows welding with a maximum current of 200A at an efficiency of 60% by MIG/MAG, MMA and TIG methods. The device uses a large and easy-to-read LCD display. An additional advantage is the menu in Polish and voice messages also in Polish. The welder has a built-in settings memory, so we can save them and return to them at any time. This solution is helpful for people who have repeatability of cycles and do not want to re-set the welding machine every time. We have 20 memory channels. It will be used in locksmith workshops, repair workshops of assembly works. The SMART MIG 235 model will allow you to combine low-alloy, non-alloy steels, as well as magnesium, aluminum, nickel, copper and their alloys. WELDMAN SMART MIG can also be used for thin sheet metal processing, especially in the automotive industry.

ADDITIONAL FEATURES AND BENEFITS

SPOT WELDING - point joining of elements: ordinary SPOT (we can adjust the break time from 0,1 to 9,9s between welds)

S-2T - two-bar operation mode with hot start, useful when welding materials that require preheating.

S-4T - four-bar operation mode with hot start, useful when welding materials that require preheating.

IGBT - The welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, allowing to increase the efficiency and reliability of the power source.

2T/4T - at two bars after pressing the start button, the welding process takes place after releasing the button, the welding process is stopped - at four bars after the first press and release of the button, the welding process stops at the second press. This is a more convenient solution for longer welds.

FULL SYNERGY - this is a modern electronic microprocessor control that automatically selects operating parameters depending on the wire diameter, type and thickness of the material.
