The CARBON PRO series from BERLINGER HAUS features cookware made from high-quality cast aluminum with a triple granite (marble) coating on the inside, offering exceptional hardness. The exterior boasts a metallic graphite finish. These attractive and modern pots and pans come standard with SOFT TOUCH (silicone) handles. Suitable for all types of cooktops: gas, electric, ceramic, halogen, and induction. The TURBO INDUCTION system (heats up very quickly) saves up to 35% of energy.

The granite coating is a Teflon coating enriched with granite powder, giving it greater hardness. It is harder than Teflon but retains its advantages: it does not burn food and distributes heat well. It combines the advantages of cast iron and Teflon cookware. It has all the advantages of Teflon but is more resistant to damage, even surpassing ceramic coatings in this regard.
