Tester of sockets and plugs for trailers. It enables easy and wireless way to diagnose problems related to incorrect, defective functioning of trailer lighting.

The tester is powered by a 9V battery (not included).

After pressing the test button, the meter analyzes 6 diagnostic positions sockets.

The device has two 7 PIN plugs on both sides.

• yellow color - left turn signal
• blue color - rear fog light or 12V
• green color - right direction indicator
• brown color - right tail light
• red color - stop light
• black color - left tail light
• white color - grounding

One side of the tester is designed to check the socket, and the other side is designed to diagnose the plug.

SOCKET TEST:

1. Connect the tester to the socket in the car.
2. Turn on the light, e.g. stop or turn signal.
3. If the socket is FUNCTIONAL, the light will light up.
4. If the socket is damaged (or the installation is FAULTY), the light will not light up.

PLUG-IN TEST (TRAILERS):

1. Connect the plug to the tester.
2. Press the yellow button on the right side of the tester.
3. If the light is on, the installation is EFFICIENT.
4. If the light is not on, the installation is DAMAGED or the bulb is BURNED.

NOTE 1: Due to the low load of LED lamps, the tester is not suitable for checking installations in trailers based on LED lighting.

NOTE 2: To avoid damage to the tester or electrical wiring problems, you should never connect the device to a trailer or vehicle at the same time.
