The MF 70 milling machine from the renowned reputable manufacturer is an excellent tool for precision machining, for working with the smallest cutters. It has a stable base, a vertical guide and a cross table made of die-cast aluminum.
It is distinguished by a rigid structure, adapted to work in all axes. Boom with a special design motor – 24-pole, balanced and precise ideal for work without vibrations at high speeds. Thanks to this, cutters with very small diameters can be used. Fastening tools through the MICROMOT clamping system – three-jaw, 6-fold ground, precise clamps (6 pieces with diameters: 1,0 – 1,5 – 2,0 – 2,4 – 3,0 – 3,2mm are included). Attached cross table with three guides. The adjustable graduation allows positioning of the transverse sled. All knobs are manual with a scale from scratch. One full turn = 1 mm, one plot = 0,05 mm.
