Durable frame

• Tunnel "Vegan" is made of steel galvanized square pipe 20x20mm,
• The tunnel has reinforcing diagonal struts at the bottom on both sides of the peaks
• Headband spacing every 1m
• Strong steel profile closed seamless guarantees high frame strength – can withstand loads up to 130 kg/m2

• The tunnel is designed for self-assembly according to the attached instructions
• When installing the rack, all components are quickly and easily connected by telescopic screw connections — the pipe is inserted into the pipe.

In the “Vegan” tunnels with a width of 2 m there are one door and two barrels, – one at each peak, – for airing the tunnel and creating an air draft.

The tunnel is equipped with a set of equipment necessary for its installation:

• detailed instructions,
• profiles for mounting the frame,
• one door,
• 2 barrels,
• bolts, nuts, hinges, deadbolts, fixings for polycarbonate (self-drilling screws),
• 4 mm polycarbonate

In order for the tunnel to serve as long as possible, the following operating conditions must be performed

• The tunnel should be installed on an even place;
• The greenhouse around the perimeter should be dug with anchors into the ground to a depth of 30 – 40 cm;
• All metal elements of the structure must be fixed and tightly tightened.
