Construction of Snowman Pneumatic Lift 3.5T:

• Steel Base: The lift is mounted on a sturdy steel base, which ensures its stability and durability.
• Reinforced Rubber Bellows: The lift bearing element is a bellow made of reinforced rubber. Inside the bellows there is a steel sleeve, which not only stabilizes the lift during operation, but also limits the lifting height to a maximum of 400 mm.
• Upper plate with Metal-Rubber Disc: In the upper part of the bellows, the upper plate with the metal-rubber disc installed is closed. This is a solution aimed at excluding accidental slipping of the vehicle chassis element from the lift.
• Control Ball Valves: The lift uses ball valves to control – one inlet with quick coupler for easy connection of the hose with compressed air and one drain valve.
• Additional Rubber for Safety: The additional rubber on the lift allows you to safely lift cars without having to precisely position the lift. This solution significantly speeds up and facilitates work.

Principle of operation of the Snowman 3.5T pneumatic lift:

Connecting and Introducing Compressed Air:

• After connecting the cable with compressed air (maximum 12 bar), opening the inlet valve, we let the compressed air inside the working bellows of the lift.

Raising Process:

• Compressed air fills the bellows of the lift, which causes the upper part of the lift to be lifted and the vehicle part to be lifted.
• The lifting rate depends on the load on the lift and can be adjusted by opening the inlet valve stronger or weaker.
• At any time, the lifting process can be stopped by closing the inlet valve, which stops the air supply and keeps the lift at the desired height.

Stability and Security:

• The steel sleeve in the lift ensures stability and safety of work.

Leaving Process:

• By opening the exhaust valve, we release compressed air from the inside of the lift, which reduces the pressure inside the rubber bellows and results in lowering the lift.
• The lowering process can be adjusted by opening the outlet valve stronger or weaker.

Completion of Work:

• After leaving the vehicle completely, the lift should be carefully removed from under it.
