Note: hay is packed in cartons, but so that the weight from the order matches, e.g. 2 x 10 kg packs in two cartons 9 kg + 11 kg , 8kg + 12 kg , 9,5kg + 10,5 kg each time comes out differently... 99% of the time it does not hurt anyone, and thus we reduce the carbon footprint, because a smaller number of shipments is necessary to complete the order.
