Proper setting is essential for maintaining an even playback quality, and our calibration tool makes this process easier. You can achieve precise alignment effortlessly by following these clear instructions.

Our calibration tool has two distinct points in the middle, as shown in the attached image. These points are crucial for accurate setup and optimal sound quality.

Start by placing the insert in the middle of the sliding holes on the headshell. This will be the starting point. Once set, use the calibration tool to verify the setting and make the necessary adjustments.

Carefully place the calibration tool on the surface of the plate. Lift the arm and insert, then gently lower the needle to two designated points on the tool, one by one.

Check the cantilever (the part that connects the needle to the insert body), making sure it is parallel to the reference line marked on the tool. During this process, handle the needle with extreme caution.

Look slightly to accurately evaluate the setting. If the cantilever is not parallel to the reference line on the tool, adjust the position of the insert on the headshell.

Small adjustments can significantly affect playback quality.

Move the calibration tool a bit to align the needle with the next point on the tool. Recheck the cantilever setting by making further adjustments if necessary.

Continue adjusting the position of the insert on the headshell until the cantilever is perfectly parallel to the reference line at both points on the calibration tool. This meticulous calibration ensures even contact between the needle and the grooves of the record, providing a unique listening experience.
