The latest OBD2 Vgate iCar 2 interface on Bluetooth - the same one that was reviewed on TVN Turbo. Works with Android (except Huwei) and PC.

Works with Windows computers and Android phones (Huwei requires wifi interface). We connect to the scanner via Bluetooth (Vlink name).

The OBDII system is the applicable standard in cars:

- petrol sold from 1 January 2001 in the EU

- diesels sold from 1 January 2004

The OBDII system allows you to read and delete engine errors and read engine operating parameters - the newer the car, the more parameters.

We warn against buying cheap interfaces from an unknown source that look the same as the originals. Unfortunately, the Chinese are counterfeiting the Chinese, cheap electronics from interfaces for 2-3 dollars are loaded inside. Sellers often import them using angled methods, without paying taxes, they do not have service care, the warranty does not exist. Not to mention that such an interface can damage the car, causing a short circuit.

How to identify a fake:

- price significantly undervalued, counterfeit interfaces are sold below the value of the original.

- careless execution of the interface

- attached small disc with the inscription Vgate and pirated versions of programs

At the moment, boxes and instructions are also counterfeited, so this is not the basis for recognizing the original.

Checking the basic engine parameters will be child's play. You don't need to know anything about cars, plug in the interface, check the engine and you already know more. Often, an engine error is the result of a temporary short circuit or pouring of dirty fuel - reading and deleting the engine error often does not require further repairs.

If after deletion the error still appears, then at least you go to the mechanic with more knowledge. Smaller workshops, which cannot afford expensive devices for service diagnostics, also buy the same sets from us!
