Application

Filling methods

1. Filling in a professional diving service. 2. Use a pumping tip (0,3 inches) to fit most pumping devices to roll compressed air from the source cylinder into the dive cylinder (8 to 10 s).

3. Use an electric pump (oil and water separator required) or an air compressor (4 minutes).

4. Use a hand pump (25 to 30 minutes).

High pressure cylinder filling stages (not included)

1. When filling, do not stand directly above the device. Before filling, open the main valve. When finished, be sure to use the relief valve first to lower the pressure.

2. Unfold the folding base.

3. Connect the high-pressure cylinder to the filling nozzle connector.

4. Tighten the drain valve screw.

5. Start filling and stop them when the pressure gauge indicates 20 MPa.

6. Loosen the drain valve screw.

7. Disconnect the filling nozzle connector to complete the process.

Method of use

1. Connect the source cylinder to the diving cylinder.

2. Tighten the drain valve screw.

3. Connect the filling connector of the breathing device.

4. Open the diving cylinder valve, wait for the gas to fill to 20 MPa pressure, then close the valve.

5. Unscrew the relief valve to lower the pressure.

6. Disconnect the breathing device and finish filling.

Notes

1. The cylinder is not filled with gas, so it must be filled yourself before use. Please check in advance if your local dive center offers a filling service.

2. The cylinder allows diving to a depth of up to 33 feet (approx. 10 m); at depths of 33 to 100 feet (approx. 10 to 30 m) can only be used as a backup gas source. Never use this mini-bottle at depths exceeding 100 feet (30 m). The air pressure in the cylinder must not exceed 3000 PSI.

3. The stated usage time is due to tests carried out at a depth of 15 feet (approx. 4,5 m) at a water temperature of 50°F (10°C) and is for indicative purposes only. Actual diving time varies from user to user.

4. Before diving, make sure that the connection between the cylinder and the breathing valve is tightly tightened to prevent leaks.

5. Due to differences in individual lung capacity, diving depth, pressure, temperature and breathing rate, the duration of use may be suddenly shortened and not reach the maximum value. The pressure gauge indications should be constantly monitored to avoid accidents.

6. In the event of damage to the copper safety plate (explosion-proof), it should be replaced before diving.

7. Before boarding the aircraft, disconnect the breathing valve from the cylinder body. Before disconnecting, it is necessary to press and hold the upper element to lower the pressure.

8. Diving involves some risk; you should dive in the company of a partner or professionals. You should not dive without proper training and without the skills and knowledge necessary for safe diving. You should choose safe water bodies and appropriate depths.

9. It is recommended to carry out an annual inspection of the equipment to ensure that it is suitable for further use. After use, the equipment should be washed with water and stored in a dry place.

10. Before use, you should carefully read the instruction manual, paying special attention to the safety rules contained in it.

11. Minor color differences resulting from lighting during shooting and a measurement error margin of 1 to 3 cm should be taken into account; please take these issues into account before placing your order.
