Ideal PRAKTIK MIG 200 is an easy-to-use welding device using the MIG/MAG method adapted to connect low-melting steels, non-melting steels and magnesium, aluminum, nickel, copper and their alloys. The MIG/MAG welding method uses an electric arc produced between the hot melt electrode, which is constantly fed wire, and the welded material. The whole process takes place in the shield of inert or active gases. The most commonly used gases for this purpose are carbon dioxide, helium or argon. The MIG/MAG method allows you to create durable and high-quality welds.

The Ideal PRAKTIK MIG 200 welding machine is a welding machine that allows welding using MIG/MAG, MMA (wrapped electrode) and FLUX (powder wire arc welding). The device was built on IGBT transistors ensuring high efficiency and rapid adjustment of current to changes in parameters during welding. The welder allows you to work in long cycles without worrying about overheating or turning off.

The Ideal 200 is operated with three knobs that allow you to adjust: welding current, wire feed speed and inductance. A clear display indicates the current parameters of the welding current. The welder has wheels for easy transport of the device.

INDUCTANCE ADJUSTMENT - allowing less heat to be introduced into the welding site. The sheet does not deform and the protective layer of zinc is not damaged, useful in lutowelding.

LUTOSPELING - a method that resembles MIG/MAG welding to a fairly large extent, but the energy supplied in this case is much smaller. This means that soldering is used to join thin sheets covered with a layer of zinc. The described method is a bonding process during which solder melts, not the material with which we work. However, the soldering method is used not only for bonding galvanized sheets, but also thin sheets made of stainless steel and various connections, m.in. acid-resistant steel of ordinary quality steel or copper with steel.

IGBT - the welding machine uses modern transistors, a solution that provides a minimum of electromagnetic interference small power losses in basic systems, enabling increased efficiency and reliability.

FLUX - arc welding with powder wire, not requiring the use of gas cylinders. The wire itself is filled with flux or a chemical that produces protective gases during welding.

Automatic self-tinting visor designed for MIG/MAG and MMA welding, with the possibility of turning on the grinding mode.

The blackout range is DIN 4/9–13, with adjustable sensor sensitivity and brightening time (0,1 to 1,0 s). LCD filter in optical class 1/2/1/2 provides good visibility and eye protection.

The visor has 2 sensorsy, a field of view 93×43 mm and an adjustable, 4-arm header for a stable fit. It is powered by a photovoltaic cell supported by a replaceable CR2032 battery.
