INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE

Indications:

• Pain associated with performing various types of training
• Muscle tension states requiring relaxation
• Conditions requiring improved ability to concentrate in children with ADHD
• Physician's recommendations for therapeutic, stretching and general developmental gymnastics exercises
• Conditions requiring increased flexibility of hamstrings
• Conditions requiring reduction of arterial stiffness and improvement of vascular endothelial function

Contraindications:

• pain during exercise
• conditions immediately after dislocations or bone fractures
• unfinished bone union
• inflammation of joints and peritumoral tissues
• swelling
• fresh postoperative scars or other wounds
