It will work well when packing meat and fish against freezing, portioning vegetables and fruits, securing groats, flour and other loose products and preparing meals for sous-vide. Thanks to this, the welder works effectively regardless of the type of food, without the risk of sucking liquid into the engine or inaccurate welding.
Pulsed air extraction allows you to control the process of removing air in intermittent cycles, which protects delicate products, such as bread or soft fruit, from crushing during intensive suction. With this feature, you can safely pack products that would otherwise lose their form.
The cable with a length of 120 cm allows you to place the welding machine in a convenient place on the kitchen counter, without having to hold the device right next to the outlet. You can move the device closer to the place of food preparation, while maintaining the comfort of work.
