Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. This supplement is intended only for healthy individuals over 75 years of age. This product should not be taken by individuals taking anticoagulants containing vitamin K antagonists (e.g., warfarin, acenocoumarol). Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients.
