Ingredients: maltodextrin; capsule shell [glazing agent (hydroxypropylcellulose)]; anti-caking agent (magnesium salts of fatty acids); vitamin D3 (cholecalciferol).

The product may contain: milk, soy, cereals containing gluten, fish and peanuts.

Take 1 capsule daily with plenty of water, during or immediately after a meal

Warnings: Do not use if you are allergic to any of the ingredients of the product. The product cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet. Dietary supplement intended only for healthy people over 75 years of age. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are important. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.

Storage method: Store in a dry place, at temp. 15 to 25°C, in a closed container, out of reach of small children. Protect from light and moisture. Once opened, consume within 3 months.
