Trec Omega 3 + D3 Sport Edition is a dietary supplement containing oil from ocean fish – a natural source of fatty acids omega-3 (EPA i DHA) – enriched with vitamin D3. The product is designed for athletes practicing endurance sports, such as running, swimming, and cycling.

Omega-3 fatty acids belong to the group of essential fatty acids (EFAs), which are part of the daily menu. EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) support the maintenance of normal cardiac function. Consumption of omega-3 fatty acids also supports preservation of healthy eyes. In turn, vitamin D3 contributes to the proper functioning of the immune system and muscles, as well as supports the maintenance of healthy bones.

OMEGA 3 FATTY ACIDS – essential fatty acids in the diet

Omega-3 fatty acids are an essential part of a balanced diet. The product uses fish oil containing two main compounds – EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). Both belong to the group of EFAs (essential unsaturated fatty acids), which the body cannot produce on its own.

Regularly providing them with food or supplementation allows you to supplement your daily diet with ingredients important for the proper functioning of the body.

OCEAN FISH OIL – a high quality source of EPA and DHA acids

The oil used in the product comes from ocean fish, which are a natural source of omega-3 fatty acids. The raw material used is distinguished by its purity and controlled origin, which is important for maintaining the quality and stability of the ingredients.

Each capsule contains 1000 mg of fish oil, including 180 mg of EPA and 120 mg of DHA – proportions often used in high-grade dietary supplements.

2000 IU VIT. D3 IN ONE CAPSULE – optimal amount of vitamin D3

Vitamin D3 supports the proper functioning of the immune system and helps maintain healthy bones and muscles. Its proper level in the body is particularly important in months with limited sun exposure.

Each capsule provides 50 µg of vitamin D3 (2000 IU).

DOSAGE

A single portion of the product – 1 capsule – drink 300 ml of water. Use 1 serving a day, preferably during or immediately after a meal.

The portion of the product recommended for consumption during the day is 1 capsule. Do not exceed the recommended portion for consumption during the day.
