It is important to maintain a balance between these two processes, and especially because with age there is an increase in the process of bone tissue decomposition. Ensuring the balance of bone metabolism is possible by supplementing with the diet with appropriate ingredients.

Effects of Vitamin D and K

Vitamin D helps maintain healthy bones, teeth and normal levels of calcium in the blood. Supports the proper functioning of muscles and the immune system. It helps in the proper absorption / use of calcium and phosphorus, and is also involved in the process of cell division. D-Vitum Forte Max 4000 IU K2 contains flaxseed oil with a high content of omega-3 fatty acids, which includes alpha-linolenic acid (ALA). Alpha-linolenic acid helps maintain normal blood cholesterol levels. The beneficial effect occurs when consuming 2 g of ALA per day.

Application:

The preparation is intended for healthy adults over 75 years of age, in order to supplement the diet with vitamin D3 and K2 and omega-3 fatty acids.

Recommended use:
