MikroTik wAP 60G is a wireless client device designed to work in the 60 GHz band.
It is equipped with a powerful 4 core IPQ-4019 processor with a clock speed of 716 MHz and 256 MB of RAM. It has a gigabit Ethernet port and offers a maximum wireless bandwidth of 1 Gbps.
The device has a integrated antenna, the width of the main beam is about 60°, and the maximum transmission range is 100 meters (between two wAPG-60AD). The housing has been adapted for use outside buildings.
wAP 60G is sold with a Level 3 license of RouterOS.
It is designed to be used as a client device if we use the wAPG-60AD as an access point. wAPG-60AD can be mounted on the wall (e.g. on the facade of the building), the set also includes a stand for placing e.g. on the desk.
Power supply can be done via DC or PoE plug, the input voltage range is 12- 57 V DC. The device can also be powered by PoE in the 802.3af/at standard.
The set includes a 24 V / 0.38 A power supply and a gigabit PoE injector.
