IPC-HFW2449S-S-IL is an IPC camera of the WizSense S2 series, used to build vision systems. The WizSense S2 device is equipped with innovative technologies: AI artificial intelligence functions (perimeter, SMD plus) and Smart Dual Illuminators.

The fixed-focal lens of the 2.8mm camera enables accurate recording of observed objects.

The device is equipped with Smart Dual Illumination technology, thanks to which it is possible to switch between different lighting modes. The user can choose between white light mode and IR (infrared) mode. When Smart Dual Illumination is active, the white light will only turn on when an object is detected in the monitored area. In the event that the detected object leaves the monitored area, the white light LED illuminator is switched to IR lighting.

In addition, the Dahua Smart Dual IP camera has the ability to choose 1 of 3 lighting modes:

• IR mode: The camera only works with IR illuminator.
• White Light Mode: The camera only works with the white light LED illuminator.
