Cats should eat mice, but they should not hunt them. However, not every cat caregiver is ready to compromise on the whole prey diet. That is why at RAW PETFOOD we decided to solve this problem by creating a complete wet cat food based entirely on WHOLE PREY.

Instead of recreating the diet of cats with generally available meats, we enclosed in a convenient can what cats could actually eat in nature. One-day chicks and rodents were ground whole and preserved without the use of artificial additives. Carefully selected proportions of rodents and birds allowed us to create a complete food for adult cats with minimal addition of supplements.

Why WHOLE PREY?

WHOLE PREY is a food with the most simplified composition: 60% day chickens, 20% rats and 20% mice.

It is a composition inspired by the natural diet of the cat, which is based on rodents and small birds. The product is also a valuable variety of diet with new sources of protein - mice and rats, which are extremely rarely found in foods available on the market.

Wet food WHOLE PREY is a food that complies with the nutritional requirements of the species. It does not contain grains, fruits, vegetables, herbs, lactose or soy, which can cause food intolerances in cats. You will also not find fillers, dyes or flavor enhancers in the feed.

Only its natural composition is responsible for high palatability. The extremely rare taste of mice and rats stimulates the appetite of cats, and the soft texture of moist pate makes the food easy to eat.

Diet WHOLE PREY closed in a can

The whole prey feeding model assumes the most accurate restoration of the cat's natural diet. In nature, the cat eats its prey whole - not only meat, but also skin, bones, body fluids and internal organs. This victim is a complete set of nutrients that ensure your cat's health and well-being.

In WHOLE PREY, typical cat victims - mice, rats and day-old chicks - have been carefully ground, mixed and enclosed in a convenient 400 g can. Thanks to this, the natural model of cat nutrition becomes much more accessible to caregivers.

Composition: day-old chicks whole (60%), mice whole (20%), rats whole (20%), calcium carbonate, vitamin B₁.

Dietary supplements (per kg): vitamin B₁ – 2 mg.

Thanks to the recipe based on whole animals, the food contains meat, offal and bones in proportions such as cats eat in nature. The addition of calcium and vitamin B₁ only complements the small losses caused during the production process.

Posology

WHOLE PREY is a complete wet food for adult cats, which can be the basis of your daily diet or its variety. The recommended daily dose is about 65-70 g of food for every kilogram of cat body weight. The actual amount of food should be adjusted to the age, activity level and condition of the cat's body.

Feed should be administered at room temperature, preferably in several meals during the day. Once opened, the can should be refrigerated and used as soon as possible. The cat should have constant access to fresh drinking water.

• What animals is WHOLE PREY made from? Mice and rats come from specialized food farms for animal food. Chicks are day-old chickens from our hatchery. All animals come from controlled farms conducted in accordance with applicable regulations and welfare standards.
• Has karma been tested? WHOLE PREY has been tested in an accredited laboratory and meets the FEDIAF nutritional guidelines for adult cats, as well as all legal requirements applicable in Poland and the European Union.
• Why does the can sometimes hiss when opening?During the sterilization process, a vacuum is created in the can. Therefore, when opening, sometimes you can hear a characteristic hiss – this is a natural effect of a tight closure and does not mean that the food is spoiled.
