The latest product from the DouModo series by Sonnet. The xMac mini/Echo III RackMount System allows you to enclose an Apple Mac mini computer in one functional housing with a Thunderbolt hub and the ability to connect up to three PCIe cards.

The Sonnet DuoModo XMac Mini/EGPU Rackmount System consists of two modules enclosed in one functional rack-type housing. 2U height kit. These modules are:

xMac module

- Securely mounts Intel Mac mini (sold separately) in a durable steel frame

- Open access to the ports on the back of the computer

- Built-in Thunderbolt™ 3 dock

- Four front panel ports including one Thunderbolt 3 (40Gbps), two USB 3.2 (10Gbps) Type-C ports, and one USB 3.2 (10Gbps) Type-A port

- Two internal M.2 NVMe SSD slots - Add up to 16TB (SSDs sold separately)

- One internal USB 3.2 (10Gbps) Type A port (for securely connecting iLok USB-A, thumb drive or other bus-powered USB drive)

- An internal Thunderbolt 3 (40Gbps) port connects the dock to your Mac mini

- Dual silent fans with temperature control and speed control

- Power cable included

Echo III module

- Three universal PCIe slots

- One x16 slot plus two PCIe x8 slots

- Supports three full-height, full-length Thunderbolt-compatible non-GPU PCIe cards

- AVID QUALIFIED - supports up to three Avid Pro | tools HDX PCIe cards

- Built-in 400W power supply with 75W auxiliary power connector

- Turns on and off automatically with connected computer

- Dual Noctua variable speed adjustable silent fans

- Two Thunderbolt 3 ports

- Thunderbolt 3 40Gb/s interface provides 2750 MB/s throughput for installed PCIe cards
