Olimp Collagen, according to its name, helps to supplement the daily diet with high-quality collagen of fish origin. This protein accounts for about 80% of the mass of connective tissues, including skin and subcutaneous tissue. Over the years, the natural synthesis of collagen in the body decreases, which can contribute to faster skin aging, loss of its elasticity and the appearance of wrinkles.
