Cat's climate

This is an original set of Akko built in a cat climate. Keys larger than 1u have contoured edges resembling cat ears, and all 1u keys are stylized paws. The name of the profile is not accidental - "mao" (猫) means "cat" in Chinese. The effect is really distinctive and it is difficult to confuse it with anything else.

MAO profile

MAO is its own Akko profile - carved, with a clearer bend of the key surface than in the standard Cherry and with more gently finished edges. Fingers hit the center of the key better, and longer typing sessions are simply more comfortable. It is a profile that fits the shape of the hand, not just the ornament.

Thick PBT, not ABS

The set is made of thickened PBT. This material is much more resistant to wiping than the popular ABS - it does not make a characteristic glossy tarnish in places where fingers most often hit. The matte texture of the surface also has an oil-resistant coating, ensuring that the keys stay dry to the touch even after hours of use.

And besides - they are terribly pleasant to the touch.

5-sided dye-sublimation print

Instead of paint applied to the top, the dye is embedded into the structure of the plastic. Legends do not clash and do not fade - they can not be wiped off, because they do not lie on the surface, but are part of it. The print covers five walls of each key, so the color scheme is consistent on each side, also when looking at an angle.

142 keys - fit almost any keyboard

The set is extensive enough to handle both small 60% and full-size keyboards. Among the supported chips are 60%, 64, 65%, 68, 71, 75%, 82, 84, TKL, 96%, 98, 104 and 108 keys and 1800 compact. They will work in almost any mechanical keyboard.
