GRINDER DESIGNED IN COLLABORATION WITH “TIMEMORE®”

Many flask coffee makers cannot handle evenly grinding coffee. Fortunately, the solution used in the “Meraki” model – developed together with “TIMEMORE®” – solves this problem. All thanks to a professional grinder with conical filaments. Stepless adjustment ensures precision with every grind, and the intuitive design separates the grinding zone from the extraction and foaming areas, preventing heat and moisture from affecting the taste of the brew.

COMMERCIAL GRADE ROTARY PUMP

The commercial grade rotary pump maintains a stable brewing pressure of 9 bar, which translates into an excellent espresso. The advanced design guarantees powerful performance with minimal noise, which is ideal for a peaceful home environment.

SYSTEM WITH DOUBLE BOILER AND PID CONTROLLER

Independent boilers for brewing coffee and frothing milk heat up in just 3 to 4 minutes. The coffee-making boiler provides a constant supply of hot water, while the separate steam-making boiler provides the power needed to froth milk. In turn, the advanced PID controller regulates the temperature on an ongoing basis, guaranteeing precision and stability. The result: a café-quality brew with every serving you prepare!

TWO BUILT-IN SCALES

Precise scales mounted under the grinder and under the head of the group will allow you to easily get the right proportions of coffee to the water – and without having to invest in additional accessories!

Determine the amount of ground coffee, the volume of water and the temperature of the milk using the intuitive touch display, then press the button to make the coffee maker take care of the rest for you! FEESENSE™ TECHNOLOGY

At the heart of the “CoffeeSense™” technology is the NFC chip built into every bag of bean coffee. Simply scan the bottom of the package with your device's NFC reader to automatically load the perfect grinding and extraction parameters! The settings are downloaded from the ever-expanding “Coffee Library” recipe library from Meraki, developed in collaboration with renowned coffee roasters and baristas.

INTEGRATED MILK TEMPERATURE SENSOR

The frothing nozzle has a built-in temperature sensor that monitors the temperature of the milk in real time. Foaming is interrupted automatically after reaching the desired temperature, which translates into the perfect consistency and flawless taste.
