Our advice: hang the mat before the first use, so as to eliminate the smell of rubber, which can be quite intense after removing the mat from the package. Before starting the practice, wash your hands thoroughly, do not use lotions, oils and creams that could cause slipping on the mat, as well as leave dirt on it. With a very intense yoga practice, during which a large amount of sweat is secreted, a towel is necessary.

Cleaning: For a more thorough cleaning of the mat, you can wipe it with a damp cloth with a small amount of mild detergent, bypassing the area where the Kurma logo is located. Allow to dissolve until completely dry. Avoid prolonged exposure to sunlight, which accelerates rubber degradation.
