The thickness of 6,5 mm provides the perfect balance between cushioning and stability – it supports joints and at the same time does not collapse during positions requiring balance.
Two surfaces – two styles of practice
The Kurma Core mat offers two different surface structures, so you can adapt it to the type of training.

Tip before first use
Before the first practice, it is recommended to wipe the mat with a soft cloth with the addition of a few drops of natural dishwashing liquid. Then rinse with clean water and leave the mat to dry completely.
If your hands sweat heavily during practice, it is worth using the yoga towel to increase comfort and grip.
Storage
The mat should be rolled upper, embossed side outside. Thanks to this, the mat will maintain a flat shape during exercise and will not roll up on the edges.
Cleaning
- wipe with a damp cloth with a gentle detergent
- Rinse with clean water
- lay flat to dry
Machine wash is not recommended as this may cause deformation of the material.
