Care instructions

It is best to wipe the mat with a damp cloth. In case of more permanent dirt, it can be machine washed at a maximum of 30°C. Do not dry in the dryer and do not use detergents. Spread to dry. In order to speed up the drying process, you can wrap the mat with a towel. Longer, direct exposure to sunlight can accelerate the biodegradation process.

Hints

The hotter your hands and feet, the more grip the mat gains. The mat works best during dynamic yoga in warm environments. At the first asanas, it is worth focusing on pressing your hands and feet harder against the mat. During the first practices, the mat may seem slightly slippery, this is normal. After just a few uses, the microfiber will become rougher and the grip optimal. To immediately activate the grip, it is best to moisten your hands and feet with water, or gently spray the mat with it.
