The FLOW Coated exercise mat is covered with an additional, pleasant to the touch microfiber layer to prevent slipping. It is made of biodegradable 3 mm thick rubber and absorbent microfiber with natural top cover. It has a rougher surface compared to rubber mats from the FLOW collection. It works best for people who slowly warm their hands and feet, rarely sweat their hands and for yoga, Pilates and fitness practice in colder conditions.

Instant adhesion

The additional anti-slip coating makes the surface of the mat rougher, and its grip is activated from the first minute of practice. Ideally suited for colder ambient temperatures and when hands and feet warm up more slowly. It guarantees extraordinary smoothness of transitions in sequences.

Clean composition

The mat consists of a base made of natural rubber and a top layer made of delicate, ultra-absorbing microfiber. The mat is covered with a natural anti-slip coating. Rubber is 100% biodegradable and environmentally friendly. The mat does not contain lead, cadmium and latexes and silicones. Suitable for recycling. Thanks to the process of welding layers, potentially toxic adhesives have been eliminated from the production process. Microfiber was printed with water-based paints.

It is best to wipe the mat with a damp cloth. Do not machine wash or dry in the dryer. Longer, direct exposure to sunlight can accelerate the biodegradation process.
