The PADMA Studio XL is exactly the same phenomenal mat you know and love – only 20 cm longer. Thanks to this, even at 195 cm tall, you can easily spread out in the savasana, perform a full sequence of sun greeting or go down the dog without slipping off the mat.
The vinyl surface holds like glued to the floor and gives great grip with dry practice – ideal for dynamic Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga and all balances on the hands. 5 mm cushioning protects the knees, wrists and spine, and at the same time you do not "sink" in the mat.
