Product Description
PADMA Studio is a mat you can really rely on – even in the most difficult sequences. The special vinyl coating gives phenomenal grip to the floor and hands/feet with dry practice. It does not move, wave, roll up – ideal for dynamic Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Power Yoga and balances on the hands.
5 mm thick is a sweet spot:
- sufficient cushioning for knees, wrists and spine
- at the same time full feeling of the floor in standing and equivalent positions
It does not absorb sweat, does not stink, does not get dirty – after class you throw it in the washing machine and you are done. This is a favorite yoga study mat in all of Europe.
