Protection of the military class

The HD680 meets the requirements of the United States Military standard MIL-STD-810G 516.6. This is provided by a three-layer design that includes a shock-relieving silicone case, durable protection, and a shock-absorbing hard drive mount. Thanks to this, the external hard drive will withstand a fall from a height of up to 1,22 meters.

Convenient cable management

A handy groove is made around the drive case, which provides a convenient way to store a detachable USB cable. The unused cable can be detached and wrapped around the HD680.

Shock sensors

A fall or shock can result in errors or damaged sectors of the hard drive. The HD680 is equipped with shock sensors that will notify you when a collision or shock is detected with a red indicator.

Data security with AES encryption

256-bit AES encryption protects data with a password and protects it from falling into the wrong hands.
